2. The Regulation(10 articles in full)was revised and published on Aug 1,2008 with the authorization N O.0970948022 of the Ministery of the Interior.
Also, the Ministery of the Interior determines the effective date.

The Regulation was published and took effect on Aug 1, 2008 with the authorization NO.0971035715 of the Ministery of the Interior.
3. The amended regulations with all 9 articles were promulgated by Order (113) Tai-Nei-Yi-Tzu No. 11309324111 of the Ministry of the Interior on 20th, February 2024 and went into effect on 1st, March 2024.
