The relevant matters set out in Article 2, Article 3, Paragraph 2 of Article 6, Paragraph 1,3 of Article 12, Paragraph 1 of Article 15, Paragraph 1,3,4 of Article 16, Article 17, Article 22, Paragraph 2 of Article 25, Paragraph 1 of Article 28, Article 29, Paragraph 2 of Article 32-1, Article 33, Article 38 pertaining to “ the Council of Agriculture of the Executive Yuan” shall be handled by “Ministry of Agriculture” as governing body, effective August 1, 2023.
