1.Be it enacted and promulgated by the Presidential Order Hua-Zong-(1)-Yi-Zih No. 10400143861 on the 9th December of the 104th Year of the Republic of China, with 44 articles, and shall take effect as of the date of promulgation.
2.Articles 7 and 37 were amended and promulgated by the Presidential Order No. Hua-Zong-(1)-Yi-11100101141 on the 30th November of the 111th Year of the Republic of China.
