1.Promulgated by President Directive on Jan. 29, 2014; the Act shall be implemented on the date set by the Executive Yuan.
The authority belongs to "National Science Council of the Executive Yuan" transfer to "Ministry of Science and Technology" in Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 for Article 7 on Mar. 3, 2014 which promulgated by Executive Yuan on Feb. 27, 2014.
The Act was implemented on Apr. 16, 2014 set by the Executive Yuan on Apr. 1, 2014.
2.Amendment to Article 21、33 and addition of Article 33-1 promulgated on May 28, 2021 ; the effective date is to be determined by the Executive Yuan.
