1.On May 30, 2001, the full text of 8 articles of the Regulations were formulated and promulgated according to the Order of the Coast Guard Department, Executive Yuan (90)-Shu-Hsun-Hai-Zih No. 090005378 and the Order of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (90)-Jiao-Hang-Fa-Zih No. 00023.
2.On September 23, 2020, the articles of the Regulations were amended according to the Order of the Ocean Affairs Council Hai-Yu-Jhih-Zih No. 1090009078 and the Order of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications Jiao-Hang-Zih No. 10900251411.
