1.A total of 30 articles were enacted and promulgated by the Ministry of the Interior as (88) Tai-Nei-Yi-Tze Order No. 8878645 on November 3, 1999, and they came into force on the date of promulgation.
2.On November 22, 2001, Article 5 was amended and promulgated by the Ministry of the Interior as (90) Tai-Nei-Yi-Tze Order No. 9066129
3.On April 1, 2003, the Ministry of the Interior amended and promulgated Articles 2, 3, 5, 7-9, 12, 14, 15, 20, and 28; and deletes Article 24. It was issued as Tai-Nei-Yi-Tze Order No. 0920073097.
4.On September 26, 2005, the Ministry of the Interior issued Tai-Nei-Yi-Tze Order No. 0940062462 amending and promulgating Articles 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 15, and 22; and adding Articles 5-1 through 5-3 and 8-1.
5.On August 10, 2006, the Ministry of the Interior issued Tai-Nei-Yi-Tze Order No. 0950123587 amending and promulgating Articles 5, 20, and 22.
6.On February 1, 2007, the Ministry of the Interior issued Tai-Nei-Yi-Tze Order No. 0960932843 amending and promulgating Article 22.
7.On July 31, 2008, the Ministry of the Interior issued Tai-Nei-Yi-Tze Order No. 0971031906 amending and promulgating the Regulations.
8.On October 29, 2010, the Ministry of the Interior issued Tai-Nei-Yi-Tze Order No. 0990933154 amending Article 6 of the Regulations.
9.On June 25, 2021, the Ministry of the Interior, by issuing Tai-Nei-Yi-Tze Order No. 11009115372, amended Article 8; and implemented it on January 1, 2023.
10.On December 28, 2023, the Ministry of the Interior, by issuing Tai-Nei-Yi-Tze Order No. 11209134141, amended and promulgated the full text of 40 articles (the old title “Regulations for Governing and Managing Immigration Business Organizations and Their Employees” was replaced by the new title “Regulations on Counseling and Management of Immigration Service Organizations”); and implemented it on January 1, 2024.
