6.The full text of Article 17 and 76 are amended and promulgated on 27th May of 2009 by President Order Hua-Tsung (1)-Yi-Tzu No.09800134321, and take effect on 23rd November of 2009.
7.On May 12, 2010, the Hua Zong Yi Yi Zi Number 09900117341 Amendment Order announced to amend Article 42.
