1. This enacted Act with all 8 articles was promulgated by the Presidential Decree hua-zong-yi-yi-zi No.09400192921 on November 30, 2005; the date of its effect was to be set by the Executive Yuan.
The Act was then set to be effective beginning from January 2, 2007 by the Executive Yuan Order yan-zong-zi No. 09500238681 on December 1, 2006.
2. The amended 8 articles were amended and promulgated by the Presidential Decree hua-zong-yi-yi-zi No.10200156181 on August 21, 2013; the date of its effect was to be set by the Executive Yuan.
