1. On June 11th 1959, this Act, containing a total of 26 articles, was formulated by order of the President and promulgated on the said date; This Act was enforced on the 1st of September 1959.
2. On June 2nd 1966, Article Three of this Act was amended and promulgated by order of the President.
3. On August 1st 1967, Article Two of this Act was amended and promulgated by order of the President.
4. On June 24th 1983, Article Three of this Act was amended and promulgated by order of the President.
