DECISION NO.14 - MODIFICATION OF THE REFINED SUGAR QUOTA LIMIT OF ANNEX 3.04 OF THE FREE TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF CHINA (TAIWAN), THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR AND THE REPUBLIC OF HONDURAS

The Administrative Commission of the Free Trade Agreement
between the Republic of China (Taiwan), the Republic of El
Salvador and the Republic of Honduras (“ the Agreement ” ),
pursuant to its powers and according to what is established in
Article 14.01 (2)(c) and (3)(e) of the Agreement and Article 8
of the Rules and Procedures of the Administrative Commission,
DECIDES:
To modify the established quota in letter (c) of paragraph 2 of
Annex 3.04 “ Tariff Reduction Schedule ”, to increase the
limit to 10,000 metric tons for the refined sugar quota, while
maintaining the annual total sugar quota at the original level
of 60,000 metric tons, to be exported from the Republic of
Honduras to the Republic of China (Taiwan) every year.
The tariff lines for refined sugar according to the adjustments
to the tariff system of the Republic of China (Taiwan) are the
following:

Done in duplicate in the Chinese, Spanish and English languages,
all versions are equally authentic. In the event of any
discrepancy in the interpretation of this Decision, the English
version shall prevail.
The present Decision will enter into force thirty (30) days
after the notifications between the Republic of China (Taiwan)
and the Republic of Honduras stating that they have completed
the necessary internal legal procedures.
