The Administrative Commission of the Free Trade Agreement
between the Republic of China (Taiwan), the Republic of El
Salvador and the Republic of Honduras (“ the Agreement ” ),
pursuant to its powers and according to what is established in
Article 14.01 (2) (c) of the Agreement.

DECIDES：

1.To modify subparagraph (a) of Annex 8.12 of the Agreement
regarding the representative members of the Republic of China
(Taiwan) in the Committee on Sanitary and Phytosanitary
Measures, the text of the subparagraph should read:

“ (a) in the case of the Republic of China (Taiwan), the
Council of Agriculture represented by the Bureau of Animal and
Plant Health Inspection and Quarantine and the Ministry of
Health and Welfare, represented by the Food and Drug
Administration; ”

2.For the purposes of the Agreement, it is understood that any
reference to the “ Secretaria de Industria y Comercio ”
(Ministry of Industry and Commerce) made in the Agreement
shall be made in the same terms to the “ Secretaria de
Desarrollo Economico ” (Ministry of Economic Development). As
per Decree 266-2013, which amends the General Law of Public
Administration of the Republic of Honduras, Secretaria de
Desarrollo Economico (Ministry of Economic Development) is now
in charge of the national commerce and international trade in
goods and services, promotion of export and economic
integration, as well as other powers that are previously
conferred on the Secretaria de Industria y Comercio (Ministry
of Industry and Commerce).

Done in triplicate in the Chinese, English and Spanish
Languages, all versions are equally authentic. In the event of
any discrepancy in the interpretation of this Decision, the
English version will be used as reference.

The present decision will enter into force thirty (30) days
after the notifications by the Parties stating that they have
completed the necessary legal internal procedures.

DONE in the city of San Salvador, Republic of El Salvador, on
November 10th, in the year two thousand and fifteen.
