This supplementary Agreement is drawn up in accordance with the
Universal Postal Convention and its Detailed Regulations and
shall govern the reciprocal exchange of International EMS
(Express Mail Service) items between the parties of this
Agreement - "EMS Russian Post" - subsidiary of FSUE "Russian
Post" of the Russian Federation and Postal Administration of
Taiwan (Chunghwa Post Co. Ltd.).

1.To supplement Article 1 of the present Agreement with
paragraph 2 in the following reading:

FSUE "Russian Post" exercises the rights and fulfills the
obligations upon the present Agreement in the name of its
subsidiary "EMS Russian Post".

2.To supplement the present Agreement with Article 25 in the
following reading:

The payments for the provided services should be effected to a
current account of "EMS Russian Post", the subsidiary of FSUE
"Russian Post".
