The Joint Committee established by the Republic of China
(Taiwan) and the Republic of Paraguay pursuant to Article 23 of
the Agreement on Economic Cooperation (hereafter referred to as
“ the Agreement ” ), in accordance with Article 24 of the
Agreement,

DECIDES:

To designate the Points of Contact for the Agreement, comprising
the following Ministries:
a. For the Republic of China (Taiwan):
The Bureau of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Economic Affairs;
b. For the Republic of Paraguay:
General Directorate of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Industry
and Commerce;
or their respective successors.


Done in duplicate in the Chinese, Spanish and English languages,
all versions are equally authentic. In the event of any
discrepancy in the interpretation of this Decision, the English
version shall prevail.

This Decision is signed in the city of Taipei, Republic of China
(Taiwan), on June 12th, 2018, and shall enter into force on this
date.
