Entered into force on December 18, 2015
The Administrative Commission of the Free Trade Agreement
between the Republic of China (Taiwan), the Republic of El
Salvador and the Republic of Honduras (“ the Agreement ” ),
pursuant to its powers and according to what is established in
Article 14.01 (3)(b)(ii) of the Agreement,
DECIDES:
1.To modify Annex 3.04 (1)(e) of the Schedule of the Republic of
Honduras for the Republic of China (Taiwan), regarding LED
products, immediately eliminating customs tariff of the
products, so that originating merchandise from the Republic of
China (Taiwan) will enter the Republic of Honduras free of
customs duty.
The tariff lines pursuant to the LED products are as
following:

2.To maintain the customs tariffs of LED Products exported from
the Republic of China (Taiwan) to the Republic of El Salvador
unchanged.
Done in triplicate in the Chinese, English and Spanish
Languages, all versions are equally authentic. In the event of
any discrepancy in the interpretation of this Decision, the
English version will be used as reference.
The present decision will enter into force thirty (30) days
after the notifications between the Republic of China (Taiwan)
and the Republic of Honduras stating that they have completed
the necessary legal internal procedures.
DONE in the city of San Salvador, Republic of El Salvador, on
November 10th, in the year two thousand and fifteen.
