DECLARATION OF INTENT
The National Scientific and Research Institute for Physical Tec-
hnical and Radiotechnical Measurements (The VNIIFTRI) and The N-
ational Measurement Laboratory (The NML) Declare their intention
of working towards the signing of an agreement concerning the c-
ooperations in the following aspects:
I.Technical Fields and Related Instrumentations:
Phase (I) :
1.Time and Frequency.
2.High Pressure.
3.Underwater-acoustics.
4.X-ray Applications (e.g. lithography and X-ray laser invest-
igation).
Phase (II) :
1.IonizationRadiation.
2.Quantum Electronics.
3.High Temperature Supercondudors.
4.Seismographics Observation.
II.Activities:
1.Joint seminars, symposium and workshops.
2.Exchange visitors and measurement information.
3.Mutual recognition on some measurement standards through re-
asonable comparisons.
4.Joint projects on mutual beneficial basis.
