The transactions described in Subparagraph 5 of Article 2, Article 3, Paragraph 1 of Article 4, Article 5, Article 7, Article 8, the preamble of Paragraph 1 and Subparagraph 4 and Paragraph 2 of Article 11, Subparagraph 4 of Paragraph 2 and Paragraph 3 of Article 12, Article 13, Paragraph 1 of Article 14, Paragraphs 1,2,4,5,6 of Article 15, Paragraph 1 of Article 16, Article 17, Article 18, Paragraphs 1,3 of Article 21, Paragraphs 2,3 of Article 22, Article 23, Paragraphs 1,2,4,5 of Article 24, the preamble, Subparagraphs 2,5,7 of Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 of Article 26, Subparagraph 4 of Article 27, Paragraph 1 of Article 29 and Article 30 were conducted by the Environmental Protection Administration of the Executive Yuan, and transferred to the Ministry of Environment from August 22, 2023 in accordance with the Order No. Yuan-Tai-Gui-Kui-Zi No. 1121028221 issued by the Executive Yuan on August 18, 2023.
