10.Amendments to the Gender Equality in Employment Act, promulgated by Presidential Order of Hua-Zong-(1)-Yi-Zi No. 11200069341 on August 16, 2023, revised and promulgated the titles and Articles 1, 2, 5, 12, 13, 27, 34, 35, 37, 38-1, and 40; added Articles 13-1, 32-1 to 32-3, 38-2 to 38-4, and 39-1; except for Paragraphs 2 to 4 of Article 5, Paragraphs 3, 5 to 8 of Article 12, Articles 13, 13-1, 32-1 to 32-3, 34, and 38-1 to 38-3, which shall be enforced from March 8, 2024, all other Articles shall be enforced from the date of promulgation.
