Legislative History
1.The Enforcement Rules for the Forestry Act (hereinafter referred to as the Enforcement Rules) were first proposed and duly passed for implementation by the government of the Republic of China, effective January 31, 1935.
2.On February 28, 1948, the Enforcement Rules were amended and promulgated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
3.On January 10, 1956, the Enforcement Rules were amended and promulgated by the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
4.On February 13, 1969, Articles 6, 60 and 66 were amended and promulgated by the Ministry of Economic Affairs per Jing-Tai (58) Mi-Gui-Zi Order No. 05526.
5.On June 30, 1987, the Enforcement Rules were amended to a total of 27 articles by the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan per (76) Nong-Lin-Zi Order No. 61197.
6.On August 31, 1998, Article 25 was deleted by the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan per (87) Nong-Lin-Zi Order No. 87137941.
7.On January 19, 2000, Articles 3, 5, 11, 13, and 19 were amended and promulgated by the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan per (89) Nong-Lin-Zi Order No. 88163608.
8.On 1 March 2006, the Enforcement Rules of all twenty-one articles were amended and promulgated by the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan per (95) Nong-Lin-Wu-Zi Order No. 0950107297.
