1.The full text of 17 articles enacted and promulgated on November 14, 2001, by Hua-Zong-(1)-Yi-Zi No. 9000223510 Order of the President；shall be in force from the date of promulgation.
The amendment was set to be effective since April 1, 2002 by the Executive Yuan Order tai-jing-zi No. 0910080314 on January 16, 2002.
The joint announcement was made on August 27, 2022 by the Executive Yuan Order tai-gui-zi No. 111018430. The relevant matters set out in Article 3, Article 11, Article 12, Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 of Article 13, Article 15, and Article 16 pertaining to “Ministry of Economic Affairs” shall be handled by “Ministry of Digital Affairs” as governing body.
2.The full text of 22 articles were amended and announced by Hua-Zong-(1)-Yi-Zi No 11300039241 of the President on May 15, 2024, and shall be enforced from the date of announcement.
