1.Promulgated on September 26, 2003
The amendment and promulgation for certain articles under the Ministry of Justice’s decree Fa-Lian-Zi No. 11307005600 dated June 6, 2024, shall be revoked pursuant to Ministry of Justice’s letter Fa-Lian-Zi No. 11307011260 dated June 13, 2024.
2. Articles 10, 32, and 36 shall be amended and promulgated, and Article 4 shall be deleted pursuant to Executive Yuan’s decree Yuan-Tai-Fa-Zi No. 1131016424 dated June 28, 2024. The effective date shall be the date of promulgation.
