2.I.Articles 3, 9, 16, and 27 of the Act were amended and promulgated by President Order Hua-Zong-Yi-Yi-11200048981 of June 9, 2023, and shall enter into force on the date of promulgation except for Articles 3, 9, and 16 entering into force as of January 1, 2023.
II.Article 20 was amended and promulgated by President Order Hua-Zong-Yi-Yi-11200048991 of June 9, 2023.
