2.On September 23, 2020, the articles of the Regulations were amended according to the Order of the Ocean Affairs Council Hai-Yu-Jhih-Zih No. 1090007763 and the Order of the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan Nong-Yu-Zih No. 1090721539
