The competent authority of this set of Regulations , which was originally "Executive Yuan Department of Health", was renamed the "Ministry of Health and Welfare" since July 23 2003 and the matters listed in Article 3 of the Regulations are then supervised by the "Ministry of Health and Welfare" and this amendment was announced by the Executive Yuan, Republic of China (Taiwan) on July 19, 2003, under Yuan-Tai-Kei Order No. 1020141353
