These Regulations shall be implemented one month following promulgation.
The amended provisions of these Regulations shall be implemented and from the date of issuance, except the regulations amended in Article 3 and paragraph 3, 4 of Article 4 on September 18, 2015 which shall take effect one month after the date of issuance and the regulations amended in Article 3 on March 3, 2017 which shall take effect six months after the date of issuance.
