1.A total of 17 articles of these Regulations, Order Wei-Shu-Chien-Pao No. 1012660262, October 30, 2012 by the Department of Health, Executive Yuan.
2.Articles 2~4, 8, 11, 15, 17 as well as Table 2 of Article 10 of the Regulations were amended, and Article 4-1 was added to the Regulations in accordance with Ministry of Health and Welfare Order Wei-Pu-Pao-Tzu No. 1051260303 dated May 17, 2016; Effective as of the promulgation date.
3.Articles 4 and 4-1 were amended and promulgated on May 18, 2018, in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Welfare Order Wei-Pu-Pao Tzu No. 1071260237.
4.Articles 3, 5, 9, 10, 12~15 as well as Table 1 of Article 6 of the Regulations were amended and promulgated on January 4, 2023, in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Welfare Order Wei-Pu-Pao Tzu No. 1111260251.
