1. These Regulations of 21 articles were promulgated and came into force on November 12, 2020 based on Administrative Order No. 1091405131 issued by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
2. Articles 3, 14-16 and 21 of these Regulations were revised and Articles 10-1 and 16-1 were added based on Administrative Order No. 1101460407 issued by the Ministry of Health and Welfare on January 21, 2022. Except for Article 16-1, Paragraphs 1-3, which shall come into force three months after the promulgation, all the other revised or newly added Articles came into force upon promulgation.
