1.The full text of the 34 Articles is promulgated by Presidential Order (88) Hua-Tsung (1)-Yi-Tzu No.8800159870 on July 14, 1999, and enacted on the same date.
2.Articles 5 and 34 of this Act are amended and promulgated by Presidential Order Hua-Tsung (1)-Yi-Tzu No.09500075751 on May 30, 2006, and enacted on July 1, 2006.
3.Articles 5~7, 11, 12, 14~17, 32, and 34 of this Act are amended and promulgated by Presidential Order Hua-Tsung (1)-Yi-Tzu No.09600088081 on July 11, 2007, and enacted five months after the date of promulgation.
4.Articles 1, 5~7, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 27 and 32 of this Act are amended and promulgated and Articles 3-1, 11-1, 16-1, 18-1 and 32-1 are added by Presidential Order Hua-Tsung (1)-Yi-Tzu No.10300011891 on 29 January 2014, and enacted five months after the date of promulgation.
5.Articles 5 and 34 of this Act are amended and promulgated by Presidential Order Hua-Tsung (1)-Yi-Tzu No.10500030041 on April 13, 2016.
6.Article 26 of this Act are deleted and promulgated by Presidential Order Hua-Tsung (1)-Yi-Tzu No.10700055511 on May 23, 2018.
