1.Full text of 39 articles established and promulgated by Presidential Order (89) Hua-Zong-(1)-Yi-Zi No. 8900030390 on February 3, 2000; this Act shall come into force on the day of promulgation.
2.Amendment of Articles 1, 10-13, 15, 17-19, 24-26, 31, 33, 35, 38 and 39 promulgated by Presidential Order Hua-Zong-(1)-Yi-Zi No. 09800015621 on January 21, 2009; and deletion of Article 37; the date of implementation shall be set by the Executive Yuan. Amendment and deletion shall come into force on April 13, 2009 by Executive Yuan Order Yuan-Tai-Jing-Zi No. 0980006249 announced on March 12, 2009.
