1. The enacted Statute with all 43 articles was promulgated by the Presidential Decree Hua-Tsung (1) Yi-Tzu No. 10600048431 on April 26, 2017. The Statute was set to be effective since March 23, 2018 by the Executive Yuan Order Tai-Jiao-Tzu No. 1070168559 on March 22, 2018.
2. The amended Statute with all 53 articles was promulgated by the Presidential Decree Hua-Tsung (1) Yi-Tzu No. 11100053331 on June 29, 2022; the effective date is to be determined by the Executive Yuan.
