1.On June 17, 1998, this Act was promulgated under the presidential order Nr.8700118700. On December 17, 1998, this Act became effective.
2.On December 15, 2000, amendments to Articles 2, 5, 8, 14, and 16 of this Act, and a new Article 15-1 were promulgated under the presidential order Nr.8900304170.
3.On December 13, 2002, a new Article 15-2, and amendments to Articles 2, 9, and 11 were promulgated under the presidential order Nr.0910024870.
4.On December 18, 2006, the amendment to Article 2 was promulgated under the presidential order Nr.09500180071.
