1. Full text (22 articles) has been promulgated on 21 July 1981 by Presidential Decree Tai-tung-1 Yi Tzu No. 0465, enforced from the date of promulgation and issued on 2 February 1981 by Ministry of National Defense Decree Gan-shih No. 0350
2.Article 8, 9 and 19 have been amended on 5 June 2002 by Presidential Decree Hua- tzung-1 Yi Tzu No. 09100113060.
Matters authorized by Army General Headquarter, Navy General Headquarter and Air Force Command General Headquarter according to article 13 Subparagraph 2 Item 2, Subparagraph 3 Item 2, Article 14 Subparagraph 3 and Article 15 Subparagraph 3 promulgated on 25 December 2012 by Executive yuan Decree Yuan-tai-guei-quei Tzu No.1010154558 shall be administered by Army Headquarter, Navy Headquarter and Air Force Command Headquarter.
