1.The enacted Act with all 45 articles was promulgated by the Presidential Decree hua-zong-yi-yi-zi No. 09800019281 on 23rd of January, 2009.
The Act was set to be effective since June 1, 2009 by the Executive Yuan Order tai-nei-zi No. 0980029315C on May 26, 2009.
2.The amended Article 2,4 and 20 was promulgated by the Presidential Decree hua-zong-yi-yi-zi No.10500045981 on May 25, 2016; the effective date is to be determined by the Executive Yuan..
The amendment Article 4 was set to be effective since May 27, 2016 by the Executive Yuan Order tai-nei-zi No. 1050027091C on June 29, 2016.
3.The amended Act with all 47 articles was promulgated by the Presidential Decree hua-zong-yi-yi-zi No. 11200050511 on 14th of June, 2023.
