Note: Certain articles or all the articles are not in force.
Effective situation:
Paragraphs II to IV, Article 5 of this Act shall become effective two (2) years from the date of promulgation (i.e. on May 19, 2012). Article 9 of this Act shall come into force one (1) year from the date of promulgation (i.e. on May 19, 2011). The rest of the articles shall take effect on September 1, 2010.
