1.The full text of 17 articles enacted and promulgated on July 27, 2019, by Hua-Zong-(1)-Yi-Zi No.10800074211 Order of the President；shall come into force from the date of promulgation.
2.Articles 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 17 amended and promulgated on December 27, 2023, by Hua-Zong-(1)-Yi-Zi No. 11200113030 Order of the President；shall come into force on February 28, 2024.
