Title： AMENDMENT NO.6 TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TAIPIEI ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL REPRESENTTATIVE OFFICE IN THE UNITED STATES AND THE AMERICAN INSTITUTS IN TAIEAN FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN AREAS OF WATER RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

Upon signature below by both parties involved, the subject
Technical Assistance Agreement (Agreement) dated July 13, 1987,
is hereby amended as follows:

Article XII is hereby amended to extend the effective date of
said Agreement to July 13, 2017, unless terminated earlier by
either party. In the event of termination of the Agreement,
arrangements will be made by both parties for completion of
activities already underway pursuant thereto.

All other articles of the Agreement remain in effect.
