Dear Representative Lee:

the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) and the Taipei Economic
and Cultural Representative office in the United States (TECRO)

AIT further proposes That this letter and an affirmative letter
in reply from TECRO Shall constitute an agreement on this
subject which shall enter Into force on the date of the letter
