Dear Chairman Lee:
Reference is made to the Exchange of Letters between the
American Institute in Taiwan (AIT), and the Coordination Council
for North American Affairs, Headquarters for Taipei Economic and
Cultural Representative Office in the U.S. (TECRO) consisting of
AIT ’ s letter AIT B589 dated September 11, 2013 and TECRO ’ s
letter TECRO 10259002440 dated October 16, 2013.
A review of the Exchange of Letters has revealed the following
inaccuracies in the text that TECRO proposes to be corrected as
follows:
‧In paragraph 2 of AIT and TECRO’s Letters, the text “7, Lane
134, Xinyi Road, Section 3, Taipei ” should be corrected to
read “ lot No. 138, Rui ’ An Section, Subsection 1, Daan
District, Taipei ”
Upon our receipt of a written reply from you confirming your
agreement to this correction, this letter and your reply shall
constitute consent of AIT and TECRO to correct the Exchange of
Letters as set forth above. All other terms and conditions of
the Exchange of Letters shall remain the same. Thank you for
your attention to this matter.
