Article 1
These Standards are established in accordance with Article 10 of the Charges and Fees Act.
Article 2
The fees for reviewing the applications made by importers for the issuance of organic labelling approval document are described below:
1.New Taiwan Dollars Five Hundred (NTD 500) for each application covering 1-5 products;
2.New Taiwan Dollars One Thousand (NTD 1,000) for each application covering 6-10 products;
3.New Taiwan Dollars One Thousand and Five Hundred (NTD 1,500) for each application covering 11-20 products; and
4.New Taiwan Dollars Two Thousand (NTD 2,000) for each application covering more than 20 products.
Article 3
These Standards shall come into force on the date of promulgation.
