Title: Presidential and Vice Presidential Oath Act CH

Article 1
Oaths of President and Vice President shall be governed by the provisions of this Act.
Article 2
President and Vice President shall make oaths at the day of the President assuming office.
Article 3
Oath of the President is in accordance with the 84th Articles of the Constitution.
Oath of the Vice President is as follows:
“I do solemnly and sincerely swear before the people of the whole country that I will observe the Constitution, faithfully perform my duties, be royal to the nation. Should I break my oath, I shall be willing to submit myself to severe punishment by the State. This is my solemn oath.”
Article 4
President and Vice President shall separately make oaths at the seat of the Central Government in a public ceremony, and the Chief Justice is the persons administering oaths.
Article 5
President and Vice President shall stand at attention and face to the national flag and the picture of nation father, raise the right hand straight, open, closing fingers, and tothe front, and read oaths while making oaths.
Article 6
Oath documents shall be signed and stamped by President and Vice President separately,and sent to the agency of the supervisor to submitting for recordation.
Article 7
This Act shall take effect as of the date of promulgation.
