Content：	Order No. 11100101181 of the President of the Republic of China on November 30, 2022 Amendment to publish Articles 2; the date of implementation shall be determined by the Executive Yuan by order. Articles 2 The term “competent authority” referred to in this Act shall be the Ministry of National Defense. The term “authorities-in-charge” referred to in this Act shall be the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the National Science and Technology Council.
