Veterans referred to in Item 1 of Subparagraph 6 of Paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Act refer to those who hold Honorary Citizen Certificate or Patriot Certificate issued by the Veterans Affairs Council.
A dependent of a household representative of a deceased veteran’s family prescribed in Item 1 of Subparagraph 6 of Paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Act refers to a person who holds a certificate of household representative of survivors of veterans issued by the Veterans Affairs Council.
