The health institutions designated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare to conduct drug abuse urine test and the laboratories established by government departments before these Regulations take effect shall, within three years commencing from the date when these Regulations come into force, modify the original test items and methods in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.

These Regulations shall come into force on 9 January 2004.
The amended articles hereof shall come into force as of the day of promulgation except Article 1 and Article 10-1 to Article 10-3 amended on 25 December 2020 shall come into force on July 1, 2021.
