The central competent authority shall stipulate the jurisdiction over handling domestic violence cases by administrative agencies and the application and execution of civil protection orders and other matters to be complied with.

The enforcement rules of this Act shall be established by the central competent authority.

The Act shall come into effect on the date of promulgation, except for Article 63-1, which was amended and promulgated on February 4, 2015 and came into effect on February 4, 2016.
