Intellectual property civil actions pending before court prior to the enforcement of the January 12, 2023 amendment of this Act are governed by this Act as pre-amended, unless the parties mutually agree to the application of Articles 18 to 40, Articles 42, 44, 45, and 53 as amended.
Intellectual property criminal cases and supplemental civil actions thereof as pending before court prior to the enforcement of the January 12, 2023 amendment of this Act are governed by this Act as pre-amended.
Intellectual property administrative actions pending before court prior to the enforcement of the January 12, 2023 amendment of this Act are governed by this Act as pre-amended.

The Judicial Yuan shall enact the adjudication rules of this Act.

This Act shall be enforced as of the date to be prescribed by the Judicial Yuan.
