The output power and operating frequency of the apparatus of an amateur station shall comply with the provisions of the Technical Specifications for Amateur Radio Apparatus.

The frequency tolerance and spurious emission of amateur apparatus used for amateur stations shall be in accordance with the Administrative Regulations on Radio Waves.
In the case that the spurious emission of an amateur apparatus generates harmful interference to other radio receivers, the emission shall be ceased and corrected immediately.
