The responsible entity may charge a fee to the user for access to the information system for electronic procurement; the standard of fees shall be determined by the responsible entity.

These regulations shall take effect from the date of promulgation.

In case of discrepancies between the Chinese version and this English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
