A business entity that violates these Regulations will be notified to comply with the requirements within a prescribed time limit and will be punished in accordance with the Act.

These Regulations shall come into force from May 1, 2017.
The amended Articles of the Regulations shall come into force on the day of promulgation, with the exception of Article 3 amended and promulgated on October 22, 2021, which shall come into force on January 1, 2022, and Articles amended and promulgated on August 8, 2022, which shall come into force on January 1, 2023.
