PURPOSE:
This Appendix alters the scope and duration of the work to be p-
erformed under this Agreement as specified in Article VI thereo-
f.
SCOPE OF WORK:
The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) on behalf of its designa-
ted representative, the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAG
) will provide the following services to the Coordination Counc-
il for North American Affairs (CCNAA) on behalf of its designat-
ed representative, the Syn-chrontron Radiation Research Center
(SRRC) under the expanded scope of the project: fabricate four
SINGLE CAVITY RF SYSTEMS with each system contained in a set of
racks including all intrarack wiring. One system is modified to
operate in the booster synchrotron, three systems are modified
to be used in the storage ring.
A separate set of chassis and modules is provided for the RF di-
stribution of the master frequency. Additionally a set of Criti-
cal spare modules is provided and an extensive list of spare pa-
rts and components has been added.
The following lists of drawings has been established for the de-
sign for the SRRC in Taiwan and forms the basis for the project:

This Appendix will become effective upon the date of the last s-
ignature hereafter of the representatives of The American Insti-

affairs and remain in effect for the duration of the Agreement.
