Article 1
This standard is enacted in accordance with Article 10 of the Charges And Fees Act.
Article 2
Operators applying for health risk assessments of designated tobacco products shall pay a fee of NTD 2 million for each application case.
Article 3
The standard shall be enforced on the date of promulgation.
