Article 1
These Regulations are adopted pursuant to Article 10 of the Charges and Fees Act.
Article 2
Fees for applications for registrations of copyright pledges are as follows:
1. The fee for each application for creation of a pledge is NTD3,000.
2. The fee for each application for assignment, alteration, extinguishment, or restriction of disposition of a pledge is NTD2,000.
Article 3
These Regulations shall come into force from the date of issuance.
